We use authentic Spanish ingredients to bring all the flavours of Spain to our events. All of our dishes are freshly prepared and our paellas and Brazilian BBQs are cooked in-front of guests from scratch. Spanish street food is perfect for events, they are fun sharing foods with plenty of added theatre, guests will gather around the enormous sizzling paella pan and BBQ to see the food being freshly prepared in front of them.

Paella
A dish that brings people together, recipes passed down from generation to generation, one of Spain’s most famous dishes, paella is the perfect choice for any occasion. Paella is quick to serve, so there will be no long queues, guests can tuck in and eat together at the same time.
When it comes to our paellas we use traditional cooking methods and recipes. Our classic paella contains a blend of chicken, chorizo, king prawns, calamari, mussels, vegetables and rice combining to make an aromatic and filling dish.
Tapas
Our tapas make the perfect canapés/buffet, these small portions give guests the opportunity to try lots of traditional Spanish flavours. Our tapas can be served to your guests from our waiters walking around or we can set up a buffet table for your guests to help themselves, it’s completely up to you!
Brazilian BBQ
This popular dining experience is an excellent choice for all meat lovers! We slowly roast a variety of different high quality meats on long skewers over the BBQ, resulting in a well-crusted sear and succulent juicy meat. Once cooked we will then serve your guests in the traditional way, carving off pieces on to their plates. I hope your guests bring an appetite!
The Bar
No event is complete without a well stocked bar! We can take care of this for you and bring a selection of drinks for your guests, from popular Spanish wines to cold beers, soft drinks and of course you can’t forget the sangria! We will set up the bar, serve your guests and clear away at the end of the night.
